"Paddlin"

Skedadlin  down the river  you get one the greatest  freebies  the Mississippi River has to offer, exercise. LOTS OF IT. It's called LDP to sound sweet but really it 's long distance paddling.

Rafters, rubber boats, just about anything that floats  can get down the river but canoe or a kayak  even an SUP, without a paddle is up the creek.

Now everyone from a knee to  a sitting position , (even standing  for some)  has there own stroke that keeps their boat moving in the right direction .  Some are professional  some are learning , soooner or later everyone learns the  Old Muddy  Technique used in varying degrees along the river

"If it keeps the boat moving"
